For standard product installations we ask you to confirm the basics, like the style, colours, handle type, etc and the dimensions are fairly accurate.
Accept the quotation, pay a 25% deposit and we arrange a professional site survey to assess the site and finalise more complex installations with cross-section drawings that will need to be signed off by a competent person prior to manufacture
Once you are or your builder/architect approve the final specification the second 25% deposit is required to put the products in to manufacture. This can take anywhere up to 6 weeks for standard products right up to 12-14 weeks for bespoke complex products like huge glazing areas. Provisional install dates will be given at this point.
After this point your product is locked in and we can not alter your order without a surcharge and delay from the manufacturer.
On the first day of installation we take a further stage payment of 25% and you will need to ensure we have clear access to the site. Once the installation is complete, you will need to meet our installers on-site, complete and sign hand-over paperwork and they will demonstrate your new products. The balance is due on the day of completion.
Once final payment has been received, we will issue any protect guarantees, certification, user guides and maintenance documents. Our installations carry a 10 year insurance backed guarantee, so you can rest assured we are here to help in the event of any issues and our continuous trading for over 20 years is testament to our success and happy customers.
